What we collect
Messages you type in the chat are sent to Anthropic (the AI model provider) to generate the reply. In trial mode (no account) your conversation is stored only in your browser and disappears when you close the tab. If you sign in, we store your email and the conversations tied to your account. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email and message. We also log your IP temporarily to prevent abuse (rate limiting).
What we use it for
Generating chat replies, saving your history if you have an account, responding to your contact messages, and protecting the service from abusive use.
Legal basis
Your consent when using the chat, creating an account, or submitting the contact form, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure (rate limiting).
How long we keep it
In trial mode, until you close the browser. With an account, until you delete a conversation or your account. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond to them. The abuse-prevention IP is discarded after the rate-limit window passes.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to trolasgpt.com@trolasgpt.com. If you have an account, you can delete any conversation yourself from the chat.
