A user posted that she found it outrageous that intercity and city buses have power sockets while a Ryanair plane does not. The comparison was fair enough. The airline replied the following day, pointing out the small detail the comparison had skipped over.

This airline's community manager is one of those who never apologises, and here you can see why it works: they do not dispute the complaint, they accept it whole and then remind you that the bus does not cross the Atlantic.
