An electronics chain corrected the police and the officer at the keyboard replied, signing off
The police account posted a message asking hunters to look after their dogs and reminding everyone that animal cruelty is a criminal offence. An electronics chain's account took the chance to add that it would also be advisable not to hunt animals. The reply arrived signed by the community manager, name and all, and was deleted from the platform shortly afterwards.
«¿Tan mala es tu empresa, tiendas y productos que tienes que hablar de nosotros? (Bueno, al menos tienes buen gusto) :) Carlos»
Three moves in a single sentence: the question that reduces the other party to an attention-seeker, the parenthesis handing them a compliment immediately afterwards, and the personal signature. It was deleted, and you can see why: it is exactly the sort of reply an institutional account should not allow itself — and precisely for that reason, everyone remembers it.
