Fnac and the strategic self-insult
A user, fed up with newsletter spam, shouted in capitals «WHEN EXACTLY DID I BECOME AN FNAC MEMBER STOP SENDING ME FOUR HUNDRED EMAILS» — with an insult thrown into the conversation.
«Hola, aquí los soplapollas, si quieres podemos gestionarte desde aquí tu suscripción.»
Picking the insult up off the floor, adopting it as your name and carrying on with customer service. Black-belt verbal judo.
