He asked for a free meal for two in exchange for three stories and got a counter-offer
A content creator wrote to a restaurant in Castellón proposing a free meal for himself and a companion in exchange for coverage on his profile. The restaurant did not say no: it agreed to have him, and added one condition about where the cost of the meal would go.

It is the most elegant wind-up in the whole anthology, and it barely looks like one: no sarcasm, no insult, no refusal. They simply accept the premise — that visibility has value — and follow it all the way to the end to see whether the other party believes it too. Nobody comes off badly except whoever decides not to turn up.
