He barged into a conversation about jokes with a pun and came off worse
The brewer's account was discussing comedy and a classic Spanish comedian when a TV pundit turned up with an easy pun on the brand's own name. The reply did not dispute the joke: it added the gesture the joke was missing in order to land.
«Jajaja, muy bueno ese. Y si no se ríe nadie, das 4 golpes a la mesa como un orangután y fuera 😘»
The trick is the «very good, that one» at the start. It concedes the joke, drops the other person's guard, and only then places the image of the orangutan banging the table. Without that friendly opening it would be an insult; with it, it is a description — which stings considerably more.
