An airline picked a fight about delivery times and it backfired
A user complained about a five-minute delay to their flight. Instead of apologising, the airline took the chance to joke that they were perhaps faster than AliExpress. The retailer, which had been tagged in the message, replied by aiming at the exact spot where it hurts most.
«No sé si estáis para tirar beef siendo la única aerolínea que cobra por el equipaje de mano…»
It is a textbook case of how not to start a fight you did not need. You drag another brand into your problem to deflect attention, and that brand hands you back the complaint you have been carrying for years. The lesson is not about humour, it is about not opening a front when your own record is full.
