Three words that disarmed a wise guy
A user tried to troll the supermarket account by slipping an easy rude rhyme into a question about a product. The community manager could take the bait, ignore it, or play dumb.
«¿que es ruka?»
They chose to play dumb, which is the one move with no possible comeback. You force the joker to explain his own joke, and at that point he has already lost.
